Insight Meta-Analysis fMRI Maps

Activation Likelihood Estimate (ALE) maps of Insight processing in humans as shown in Sprugnoli et al. 2017 are available for download at the link below.

Maps are in nifti .nii format. The compressed folder includes solutions obtained applying a voxel-wise False Discovery Rate (FDR) correction at p<0.05, as well as Cluster-based correction. Each folder includes four maps in MNI space:

1. An ALE map including activation foci from all the studies (INSIGHT_MNI_ALE.nii)
2. A map of significance values (INSIGHT_MNI_P.nii)
3. A map of significant foci (INSIGHT_MNI_ALE_C05 or INSIGHT_MNI_ALE_pN05)
4. A map of significant clusters (INSIGHT_MNI_clust.nii)

Folders also include an Excel spreadsheet reporting coordinates for each cluster identified in the analysis, their volume and anatomical labeling.
