FacultySteven Freedman Dr. Freedman received his Ph.D. from Yale University School of Medicine in 1981 followed by the M.D. degree at the
Dr. Freedman is on the editorial board of Pancreatology and is a major reviewer for multiple journals. He is a member of the American Gastroenterological Association, American Pancreatic Association, and Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (both and ). He has spoken nationally and internationally on chronic pancreatitis and cystic fibrosis. He is on the board of directors for the National Pancreas Foundation and is the chairman of their Grant Review Council. Relevant Publications1.
