B.S., Psychology, University of Bari, Italy M.S., Clinical Psychology, University of Bari, Italy

Annalisa is a second-year Ph.D. Student in Cognitive Neuroscience at University of Bari, Italy. Her research interests lie in the field of non-invasive brain stimulation as a tool to modulate cognitive functions and treat adult brain pathology. She joined the Berenson-Allen Center in March 2021 as a visiting Ph.D. Graduate Student under Professor Emiliano Santarnecchi, to study gamma entrainment in Alzheimer’s disease using transcranial alternating current stimulation.

Personal Interests / Hobbies:
Annalisa is in love with nature and the living world. She likes drawing, traveling, and photography.

Personal Goals:
Annalisa hopes to learn as much as she can at the Berenson-Allen Center, and to both pursue a research career and transfer the acquired expertise in clinical practice.
