Education History:
B.A., Public Health, Psychology,, University of Colorado Denver

Alicia graduated from the University of Colorado in Denver with a BA in Public Health, a BA in Psychology, and a Spanish minor. Alicia is currently working on her Master’s in Public Health with a concentration in population mental health and wellbeing. She works primarily with Dr. Stephanie Buss to study prognostic markers and treatment targets in Alzheimer’s Disease.

Personal Interests / Hobbies:
Alicia likes to spend her free time going to the beach, kayaking, snorkeling, whale watching, and eating ice cream.

Personal Goals:
At the Berenson-Allen Center, Alicia hopes to gain further knowledge of how to prevent/treat mental illnesses. She also aspires to reduce the stigma and inequity of mental health diagnoses through scientific research and advocacy.
