Gongrui “Olivia” Li, B.S.
Clinical Research Assistant

Education History:
B.S., Psychology, Neuroscience track with Honors, University of Massachusetts

I have been working in neuroendocrinology and neuroscience labs for the past three and half years. After ample experience in animal research, I realized that my passion lies in the clinical and more applied side of neuroscience research. For that reason, I’m beyond excited to be working at the Berenson-Allen Center. I primarily work with Dr. Stephanie Buss and Dr. Peter Fried on Dr. Alvaro Pascual-Leone’s Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) study, where we to seek to evaluate mechanisms of cortical plasticity in individuals with amnestic MCI as compared to demographically similar healthy controls using TMS.

Personal Interests/Hobbies:
Singing, comedy, piano, volunteering, reading, visiting museums, going to shows, and most importantly, spend time with friends (and family on Skype)
